the studio
Agrazia Studio is designed to help students feel calm, grounded and focused — a refreshing change from loud, high-pressure fitness environments. Group classes are small by design (up to 3 students per class), allowing for safe movement practices and personalized attention. Welcomed with a cozy waiting area and light refreshments, students are encouraged to settle in and take a break from the outside world.
The studio is equipped with Balanced Body reformers and towers, along with a variety of other Pilates and fitness equipment to support and challenge the body in different ways.
There are no mirrors, inviting students to tune in deeper to the sensations of their own movement and breath. By removing visual distractions and the impulse to self-correct based on appearance, students are able to listen more attentively to their bodies and internal cues. This shift encourages a more intuitive and embodied practice, where movement is felt rather than watched.
Every detail—from the intimate class sizes and high-quality equipment, to the calming, mirror-free environment—is designed to support each student’s unique journey toward greater strength, balance, and body awareness. Agrazia studio is a place for growth and self-discovery through safe and intentional movement exploration.
teaching style
Amanda’s sessions draw from a diverse and complementary range of modalities, including Pilates, fascia stretch therapy, corrective exercise, functional range conditioning, and postural restoration. This integrative approach allows her to effectively tailor each program to the goals and concerns of each student. While her Pilates philosophy remains firmly grounded in the classical method, she brings in creative and adaptive strategies when appropriate—always with clear intention and a commitment to honoring the integrity of the work.
Amanda’s teaching style is educational, intentional, and intuitive. She approaches each session with the ability to adapt and respond to the needs of the body in front of her. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, enhancing athletic performance, or simply seeking a deeper connection to movement, Amanda creates a supportive environment where students feel empowered to learn and trust in their own bodies.
This work is not about quick fixes or generic routines, but rather teaching students how to listen inward, gain resilience and find balance. With her calm presence and deep knowledge of the human body, Amanda guides students to move with clarity and purpose, helping to build not only physical strength but also confidence and independence in their own practice beyond the studio.
