About Agrazia
Agrazia Studio began in 2020 as Exhale Pilates, founded by Amanda after spending her whole life pursuing dance. Starting at age three, movement was always a part of her life, but after graduating from UW Madison and experiencing burnout in the dance world, she set out to create something different: a space that supports health, not pressure.
In the summer of 2024, the studio moved to its new home in Northbrook and became Agrazia. Today, the studio offers small group classes, deeply personalized private sessions, and relaxing fascia stretch therapy all led by Amanda, whose thoughtful instruction is rooted in a deep understanding of the body.
The studio is intentionally designed to feel calm and grounded — a refreshing change from loud, high-pressure fitness environments. Group classes are small by design (just three clients per session), allowing for personalized attention and thoughtful movement. Sessions use Balanced Body Reformers along with a variety of other equipment to support and challenge your body in different ways. You’ll also find a cozy waiting area and light refreshments to help you settle in before or after class.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this is a place where all bodies are welcomed, supported, and seen.
