Pilates is for everybody! Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and physical considerations, ensuring a safe and effective experience for all.

Fascia Stretch Therapy is a gentle yet impactful, therapeutic approach that helps restore flexibility and vitality to your body's intricate web of connective tissue. You can expect a hands on experience where a certified therapist gently moves your body through different stretches and motions while you are on a specialized table. Assisted stretch therapy is great for both recovery and relaxation.

Whatever is comfortable for you to move in! Any sort of athletic attire is recommended.

Just bring yourself! We will provide everything else you need for class. It is recommended to bring water, however, we do have water bottles and light refreshments.

Agrazia currently offers sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. If there is an unlisted time you would like to schedule, it is either already booked or outside of our normal hours. However, if you reach out to us we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
