Yin & Yang Flow

Mondays at 6:30 PM

This class blends the dynamic energy of Yang (Flow) with the restorative qualities of Yin Yoga. We will begin with a series of Vinyasa movements to connect to our breath, build heat, and improve strength and flexibility. This will be followed by a calming Yin practice to release tension and call in deep relaxation. It's the perfect balance of energizing and unwinding—leaving your body strong, your mind clear, and your spirit completely at ease.

Yin Yoga for Meridian Balance

4 pt. Series - available as a bundle or individual classes

Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

In this 4-part workshop series, we will dive deep into the meditative practice of yin yoga.  Each class focuses on a different meridian pair and its corresponding element, inviting deep relaxation, restoration, and emotional release.

Week 1: Kidneys & Urinary Bladder (Water Element – First Two Chakras)

Focus on grounding, restoring energy, and balancing the flow of water within the body, nurturing the first two chakras—your foundation and sense of security.

Week 2: Liver & Gallbladder (Wood Element – Third Chakra)

Support the body’s natural detoxification processes and invite the flow of new energy, opening the solar plexus area to cultivate personal power and clarity.

Week 3: Spleen & Stomach (Earth Element – Third Chakra)

Emphasize nourishing, stabilizing energy to harmonize digestion and foster inner balance, grounding the body while strengthening the emotional center.

Week 4: Heart, Lungs & Intestines (Fire & Metal Elements – Heart & Throat Chakras)

Open the heart and throat chakras through deep, heart-centered poses, clearing emotional blockages and promoting healthy expression and compassion.
